Worst hotel I have ever been. Please do not go by user reviews as these are paid reviews. This is located far away from City and rooms and staff are unhygienic. Never opt for this hotel. It's priced heavily with no value for money

If possible I would like to give zero rating, the worst place, 15km away from main city which wastes more than half an hour everytime. Staff is unprofessional, room are the dirtiest ever with bed bugs and cockroaches. Worst place

This Room located in Neyveli Main place ,but service is very worst, Doesn't pick up phone call any time

Worst place never go for this hotel Hotel management is taking extra money for rooms after we paying the money in oyo site which conformed by oyo site and hotel management is saying that thy r not responsible fr showing less amount in oyo. After we paying extra money also the hotel hospitality was not good nd even room was not good. In one of our rooms the AC was not working and even food also not that good really worst place to visit this hotel.

No proper water supply, breakfast was not upto expectations, no cutlery, towels and soaps were only provided on demand and lastly very poor service. Overall worse experience and would never recommend.

Receptionist only knows tamil and barely some english making it very difficult to communicate with him. Also doesn't provide adequate service for the price paid and has the gall to argue why I vomplained to oyo about him.

Like staying in a public toilet. Bathroom was stinking and stench was so bad , it made me puke. No lift , stained bathroom walls, dirty and unchanged linen. We found a hair strand and stains on the bedsheet.

Very good hotel. Very kind and supportive staff. Room was cleam but room service was slow. Location is 12 km far from pondicherry city
