AVOID THIS PLACE !!!! Purchased a racquet from here, the racquet turned out to be a defective one, The staff working there agreed for a replacement from the company , few days later they said they themselves stuck the defective product with glue without my permission to do so. Person going by the name Bhaskar is ignorant and unprofessional, he makes the experience worse. The other staff are extremely polite and professional. The shop is quite small with limited options. Better to avoid this place than to deal with the tantrums of Mr.Bhaskar.

Review after three weeks.I bought Yonex 11i and got it strung as well. It's awsome experience . That guy strung my raquet at requested tensile in flat 40mins... Kudos to him .. I recommend every one to visit for stringing and for genuine Yonex product.

These guys spoil things Bad with Customers , spoilt my TT paddle . No one from the store takes any responsibility . Inspite of requesting them to put water glue they put dendrite , and I was told I need not worry . When I go to change the rubber , they just ripped off the rubber including the ply . After the damage , they simply suggest that I buy a new ply and washed their hands off . The owner is money minded does not give you discount of even Rs. 50/- discount even though you tell him his OWN site shows a different price. I will strongly suggest you search for other stores or look at online. Please also dont look at their online store since the price which is put up IS NOT UPDATED . You realize this later when you visit their store . The store has a few dedicated customers that's why its running. This sort of attitude and behavior towards customers will not help them run for long. No apologies whatsoever. Please avoid this store .

They are selling v old racquets , imported from China and hiding manufacturing date. They misguided me by telling head touch speed 135 is latest model in head however in head website its obsolete and latest is 360+ speed 135. .Also no covid 19 norms followed there as it's crowded with more than 20 customers and noone wore masks.Better opt prokick sarjapur road , its new store and they have good collection of shoes with better discounts. I bought latest Asics shoes with good discouns however in sportsline they selling old shoes with so much atitude and rudeness
