Absolutely love it. Gym is equipped with all top-notch machines. Skillful trainer who is more than happy to help you in training. Proper guidance on exercise and diet. I would say this is one of the best gym in Trivandrum at very reasonable price. Late evenings are usually less crowded. Great ambiance to workout. Parking lot is available.
This is a superb gym in a very affordable rate with respect to the facilities.

Equipped with all modern facilities , good guidance under two very good trainers, with ample space and in a good ambience I experience great to work out here. I rate this a high quality fitness centre. To add it's governed by Govt sector. Also have a good parking area and well behaving security staff. Will find a new experience here.
