The store stood by its word of customer satisfaction! They listened to my complaint and gave me an alternate solution. This is why I like to visit brick and mortar shops for buying sporting goods because if something goes wrong then the owner can be approached and he or she can fix things as they care about customers.
I bought a cycle pump, was assured that its good quality. The pump burst the first time I used it.. I have complained, but they are not taking any appropriate measures to rectify the error!!! Will not use Sports 9 now, will recommend all to do the same.

Total fraud shop. Sold badminton racquet stating gutting will not be required and guaranteed to do it free if broke. Poor quality stuff - expensive racquet required gutting in 2 weeks time and the man declined service. Totally avoid
