This is not the first time I am attending yoga class. But I have never seen so much improvements in me with Saurabh Sir. He has complete knowledge of aasan. He takes extra care for patients as well as guide so that he recovers fast. Sound therapy given by him for patient is bonus. He is very experienced and professional yoga tutor. In short, one of the best yoga tutor.

I am grateful to Yoga acharya Saurabh ji for the advanced yogasana sessions during my stay in Noida. His teachings deepened my practice, inspired me, and provided practical insights in right technique. I especially felt immersed right in the beginning of the sessions with his beautiful mantra chantings. He is not only a very experienced and qualified teacher but also a very compassionate, generous and hospitable person.

I have been doing Yoga with Yogacharya Saurabh Kumar since January 2020. I had some knee pain and was feeling lethargic always but with yoga regularly my knee pain has disappeared and always felt energetic since then. During pandemic also I continued online and result was amazing. Didn't catch Corona at all. I do breathing exercises, surya namaskar and keeping in mind my knee problem he had made me do special Leg asanas which was very beneficial in my case.
