It's a superb place just because of very well maintained neat and clean. We stayed here for couple of days & was a pleasant stay, Good for families and location was very accessible. Treated water and approachable for many malls and highways. More over reasonable price and will often visit to this place and highly recommended.

Very clean and reasonable price for stay with 4 extra beds 8 persons allowed with drinking water , Gas stove, Good parking space, hot water for bathing AC and non AC available I prefer this spice serviced apartment who needs spacious and comfortable stay

A decent apartments 1800 per room and 3000 per two bedrooms apartment. They also give for monthly rental @ 45000/- per month + EB charges extra. Kitchen is set with piped gas lines with required vessels. Refrigerator available. Everyday cleaning and change bed spreads every third day. From main road less than 100 feet. From airport less than 9 kms. Good service and homely atmosphere. Great!

Stayed here for 5 days. It is near aadhi maruti service centre. Stay is very good. It has gas connection for cooking and 24 hr hot water supply. Mainly it is in a hot location.
