Spice Plaza Restaurant and Bakers - Restaurant in Pala, Poovarani - Kottayam, India

It was my first time in this place and it was great. Me and my family visited the shop for tea and snacks. It is situated by the roadside. Besides, there is a hypermarket too. The restaurant and bakery is maintained clean and neat. Both AC and Non AC sections are available. Kitchen is visible to people and i think its great. Parking space is ample. Washrooms are also very clean. Good customer service.

We were travelling to Thekkady. En route we found this restaurant. Once out of the car we felt some weird smells around the premises. Anyway we thought to give it a try. But to our surprise the service and food were too good. We had meals, biriyani and fish fry. The food was too good and tasted heavenly. The price was very much reasonable. Thank you so much everyone.

Look wise nice from outside and the I did not feel something special after having my lunch. The location of the restaurant is very nice which is at Paika. Parking is there and the security is also nice. There is a snacks bar as well. Bakery is also there. I had my lunch here with muy cousin and which was just average compared to the other restaurant nearby. The waiter who served me was friendly and supportive. As I was in a hurry, I could not explore other dishes deeply. It's a one time visitable restaurant as per my opinion.

Good place to have food whenever you want. Lots of parking space available. Varieties of food available. The attractive thing about this restaurant is the open kitchen where you can see everything that's been cooked. Great place to have a snack too. Lots of snack items and sweets available here.

Very much disappointing customer service and worst food served. Got cockroach from food. Tried chicken noodles and Fried Rice. Chicken noodles was fine. It costs Rs 150. Fried rice came with an extra cockroach cooked along. Very impolite bearers and all the staff including security. Didn't even care to apologise for the cockroach served along. Not recommendable. If zero was available, would prefer giving it rather.

A below average restaurant . Utensils were not clean and tidy. Engough parking . Masala dosha was bit sweet , and masala was cold. It was over crowded may be due to festival , so service was poor.

They have Both AC and Non AC sections and Enough parking. Kitchen is visible to customers. Due to heavy crowd at peak time service get bad.. Took a lot of time to serve.. Cleanliness was below average. The table which we sat at had a horrible fish smell. Certain dishes were good, like chicken biryani, chicken 65, beef fry and porotta.

Overall, it was an excellent dish that I would highly recommend. The Chicken 65 was equally delicious. It had a crispy exterior and was tender on the inside, and had a good blend of spices. The dish had a nice kick to it, but it was not overpowering, which allowed the flavors to shine through. It was served with a mint chutney which complemented the dish perfectly. The restaurant's ambiance was great, and the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, and they made sure that everything was perfect throughout the meal. The restaurant was clean, and the decor was modern and elegant. In conclusion, Spice Plaza is a great restaurant that offers delicious food, excellent service, and a welcoming ambiance.
