The atmosphere was not good due to the strong pesticide odor. Service was not good as the staff servers were not handling the utensils properly and spilled/ dropped food various times while serving. The seating arrangements were not proper for the group. We were served late even after booking everything including the menu in advance a day. Pasta was over heated and most of the group members experienced burned tongues.
Kutan Sir was so kind to explain about the hotel and dishes. It is best food considering the area and price. I have tried all the south, drinks, main course, sizzlers.. All the food items are tasty and I would visit again with family
Pathetic service, no serving attiquate and unprofessional staff, not even understood what desserts mean. Never ever visit this place again. Food is just ok and ambience is ok.
Stayed at Vikrant Residency and had breakfast here. Had Sandwich and Ghee Idli. Sandwich was good, not bad. I would rate it a solid 4/5 Ghee Idli, as recommended by owner, was not great. Being from Hyderabad, you may consider my standards to be high for southIndian but never the less the Idli felt dry and hard. Sambar was simply powder sambar and chutney was good. Would rate is 2/5
Excellent Ambience. Great hospitality and Service. Fish was delicious and tasted fresh. Fish Biryani was well cooked and perfectly seasoned, wasn't overlord led with flavours nor blanch, just the way it should be. Do try!!!
Less portion Gulabjamun was like the size of marbles. Rude manager! Coward manager cant control bunch of hooligans hampering peace of the restaurant.
