The staff is nice and helpful, also some of the products are cost efficient. Lately though their produce (fruits) section doesn't have a lot of variety in terms of fruits and also they aren't that fresh. Some products cost more than they are worth. Like for instance a tawa's listed price was R. 498/- which is a lot costlier than what one would get at the local utensils shop.

Very bad and rude behaviour of biller, not trained how to speak with any customer, just saw one biller did very casual and rude behaviour with one customer family, Spencer's should trained them how to speak if you are in customer service.
Very well decorated shop. The behaviour of the owner is very good. One can find different cake cookies snacks etc.
Now it is in purulia. Good product collection. Good for shopping. Prices are affordable. Nice to spend weekend with family and friends for shopping. Clean and good maintained. Cashless shopping option is available.
Everything is fine just need to upgrade there offers, relaince is providing 5% of on MRP of each and every products but Spencer's having limited offers more variaty should be added.
