Worst Customer service. Staff is very bad and they dont know anything about offers and give false information and when we reach to cashier they give other information and talk to customer in bad manner and arrogantly. They use bad words for customer like " Pata nhi kaha se aaye hai". Spencer to maintain your status please change staff of Rajajipuram Branch.
This was a good place to purchase every household needs. But I am noticing since last few months that there shelves are getting empty day by day. They are not providing all products. I don't know what is the reason but they should look after this. Otherwise they provide good services, staff is very good.
This store might not have all the products that you wish to have. The cleanliness is a little off the mark as you might find dust on the packets. The staff on the other hand is very genial specially the person named Abhishek. He is always happy to help and so is a welcome sight.
well organized, well coordinated, cordial staff, besides this variety of the stocls is too limited, they need to stock up their inventory, other than that they also has expired lentils in their section, major part of lentils were expired a month before in all of their segements.
