I ve a very bad experience with this mall.. They ve posted discount on products and while billing they charged full amount written on the product. Today I went there and paid the bill, they said In ve paid on the previous link and asked to pay again. This was ridiculous... I ve to return without the goodies even after paying for them....

They charge you Re. 1 extra on your bill for using santiser. No security guard at the entrance, store is full stacked up with daily need items, but staff not much helpful.
The service has become worst . They do not change the price tag and this has happened multiple times . When the question has been raised the response will be not friendly and worrisome.

Spencers has lost its previous charm. May be after covid. Dusty counters, fewer staff, less options of products. Online product delivery option is far better than spencers. Many supermarkets are present in the same area like more supermarket. It is still going well. I dont know what happened with spencers.and no. Spencers has not changed its name
Have been a shopper here for regular household goods for more than 10 years now. Nothing really has changed. The vegetable and fruit selection here is awful. Availability of other products is good.
