A good variety of stock. A place where you can shop for all your house hold necessities. Right from groceries to appliances, from utensils to clothes. And if you get tired or hungry after shopping, there's a nice little cafe with some great pani puris and cakes to fill your tummy.
Pathetic customer handling at the baggage counter, we kept our bag fir 2-3 hours max and abd almost half the shop's employees came to fight with us, it was very humiliating, it was super irritating and unprofessional. Please teach them better customer handling.
Spencers has been nice but they keep enticing you with their target products while billing..like you but this much n that you get such thing for so much less..that's their strategy to clean up or stock clearance of least sold in house product.. Also sometimes their software keeps hanging.. Otherwise u get a lot of products under same room.. I give 60% ie fair enough

I should give negative rating to this store. Unprofessional employee, before purchase they have different attitude & after that they are different, specially the guy sitting at the gate keeping the luggages. This type of employee can ruin Spencer's reputation.
Spencer's City center has more stuffs than the Vega Circle. Billing was very slow due to lagging software. And hey, you don't need to have your assistants crowding all over your customers, 1 is enough. We do get overwhelmed, you know, and we tend not to pick up stuffs we want, it's like pushing your customer into a corner. I had like 5 assistants over my shoulder when picking up sausages! And get some cling film, will ya!
