Room conditions good,staff behavior good and owner also well behaved. I found Its a little costly cause rooms were small in size and and in amenities you only have wifi and tv. You don't have power backup,AC,intercm,breakfast etc etc. All rooms are AC rooms but you have to pay extra 100rs/day for AC, its a smart move from owner to earn extra money.but after paying 100 they will not give you the AC remotes. Also tv remotes are not there, bathroom door lock were broken and you have to ask for housekeeping, room fresheners,Dustbin,water bottles etc.
Ok to stay for a day or two. Helping staff members. They don't provide food in the hotel itself. But no worries... You will find good number of food options as you come out of hotel. KFC is just opposite of this hotel. Since this is located in Paltan bazzar, Guwahati which is the main market of Guwahati, there is no problem to reach at this place.
They used some stained bedsheets when asked to change initially they respond thato the stains were from washing machine which were hilarious, thankfully they gave another room. The rooms are actually very small but overall experience was good.
The desk boy has stolen my husband's mobile last night,I have requested him a lot to return back it but he didn't and simply denied the fact.The date was 22/08/2022 and time was in between 09.55 pm to 10.20 pm.That theief also denied to show the CCTV footage.
My photos are for room no. 105. Room is very good. Hotel staff also very good. But hotel tv set top box has very less channel and most of them are in ahomia if u really care about watching tv. Overall very good hotel
The hotel have a leakage ceiling which made hotel really uncomfortable to sleep at night and due to which the room was really cold and no proper maintenance was done in the room.On my view the negligence of a staff made a really bad impression in this hotel. The droplets of water filled in a ceiling even in a bathroom. I hope you might decrease the rate of your room because of these inconveniency
