With the only exception of being understaffed, this is a good place for your daily workouts. The trainers know their stuff, and the workout and diet counseling is very good. There are all sorts of equipment and one can easily access them anytime you go. As I mentioned earlier, this place lacks the number of trainers, so they're hiring almost all the time! Do refer anyone you know. But otherwise, good place!
I am very happy to workout here, trainers are very good at understanding clients and clients requirements. Exercise helping me to control my diabetes and I am maintaining my health with all the guidance given here with proper instructions. Even though I started my workout at the age of 55 years, i am doing very well day by day. Age is just a number you can also be fit and healthy not only physical by also mentally by exercising regularly. Thank you all.
The gym ambience is good, management keeps neat & clean. Especially trainers are very friendly they will never leave you to be idle and keep on pushing you towards to achieve your goals.
