Specialist Clinic & Diagnostic - Hospital in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

Just visited this clinic few days back. I had made an appointment prior to going before, the lady over the phone patiently heard my queries and fixed my appointment with the best possible doctor i have ever met. As i went ahead to the clinic everything went on smoothly . Just had to pay a nominal fee for registration(Rs 50) I was really impressed by the employees from the OPD department as they handled things very smoothly and swiftly Kudos to them along with all the Staffs working there. I would really recommend this place . Thanks for treating me with Care

I have had many medical issues here which ends up good but I am giving it only two stars because of I've had bad experience with Dr. Sukanta Nandi. His behaviour towards patients is very bad. He does not listen patients problem carefully. I was describing my baby's problem and he said "eto jiggasso keno, onek kichu e jigges kore nilen ebar jan." ( PS- I was in the chamber only for 5 mins)

Great and experienced doctors are here, all kind of lab test done here with high quality equipments and experienced lab technicians. The clinic is very conscious about their patiant. Their staff's are very helpful and supportive as well as they have good behaviour also. I've awesome experience during my mother treatment in Specialist Clinic and Diagnostic. Trust me, one of the best Diagnostic in barasat, you can go for it.

Customer service is really great. Some of my reports that I had acquired a few months back from the clinic were lost, all I had to do was to let me know about my problem , within 2-3 hrs they provided me with the pdf of all my reports.

Worst ever clinic .... worst behavior of the floor manager ... not at all professional..... the floor manager was not at all bothered for the patients...he was busy in talking with the other staffs....the OPD staffs were very rude... they don't know how to communicate with the patients.....took long time to provide a small piece of information... I would never recommend anyone to go to this clinic.....

Very irresponsive behaviour of The Floor Manager Mr. Arup and the extreme reluctant response to each and every fellow patients from The OPD section...... Very Very Much Disappointed to have such a response from such a so called renowned diagnostic of Kolkata The most funny thing about them is they are just not supporting to run a medical diagnostic centre but a goods and daily necessities shop instead which is proved by their behaviour like an illiterate fellow.... One thing is clear its better to not go for a treatment rather than going to specialist diagnostic for a proper line of treatment ...... until some mentioned names are removed from there........ I request please do avoid that place because our Government medical centres and people working in there are far better than these rascals who have lost humanity to well behave and coordinate the patients.. Thank you ..
