This place is amazing one to start the gym experience as a beginner. Good facility with super friendly trainers. Well equipped machines with clean environment. Workouts are designed based on our goal for fitness and also based on our overall physical health. All the staffs at the gym rectifying my doubts very patiently regardless of how many times I ask them. They're always available to correct your mistake during the workouts. As a girl, I'm feeling super comfortable here. Also, I strongly recommending for the girls who are looking to join here.

Best unisex gym! I was first hesitant to join a unisex gym but then once I joined I felt comfortable and extended my membership as well! Master and trainers are friendly and supportive and keep a keen eye through out our workout session! No need of PT unlike big franchises as every one here has been taken care of by trainers every day! Strongly recommend for girls!

Its been 1 month I'm going there. The gym atmosphere is good. It is well equipped with all kind of gym machines and instruments. They provide proper schedule to be followed along with necessary diet(if you want) for the fitness goals of each individual. Trainers are professional and very friendly. They are available all time to guide you. Easy accessible as it's just beside the road. Best choice taken.

great place for fitness in the Karapakkam area. The gym is clean, spacious, and well-maintained with a variety of machines and equipment . The staff also in this Gym are friendly and always ready to help you with your workout routine. Gym is maintained properly with various set of equipments for muscles training and cardio as well and trainers are available throughout the workout session in both morning and evening batches as well. Guidance of trainers is good and supporting at once during our workout sets. Providing proper guidance for persons who are completely new to fitness program and training them from basics as well. Highly recommended for fitness freaks.... Zumba and Cricket during weekends are added advantage for the members

I have been going to Spartanz gym, almost 3 months now. Initially a bit hesitant of joining a unisex gym. After stepped in and from day one, I felt very comfortable and safe. Clean and neat ambience. Machinery and Equipment was well maintained. Workouts are scheduled for individuals based on their physical assessment. Master is super cool, geniune and friendly. He always ready to motivates and corrects your mistake during the workouts. Staffs at the Spartanz gym are knowledgeable and ready to assist you. Trainers are always available for help whenever we need. Highly recommended gym for ladies.
