My experience in the gym was excellent.. trainer is a professional and has full knowledge on what he is doing. I hope to train under him when ever I come to Spartan gym. Trainer also have full knowledge on what the trainee should be eating when trying to loose weight and what trainee should eat to increase weight. He also explains what exercises to be done when there is no gym and weights available for exercise. Thank you once again Spartan Team.
