A few years back I got medicines to treat my acne and I had a very horrible reaction to the ointment and we informed them about the same. The staffs from the reception answered the phone call and spoke very rudely. I had my exam on the same day, I finally went to write the exam with a lot more trouble in my skin than I'm supposed to just because they couldn't connect me to the doctor or prescribe a counter ointment for me before 2 in the noon when I had my exam. I personally wish they treated me better, talked better if not provide a counter medicine for the reaction. All of my skin started turning red on the application of the ointment she prescribed to me. It itched and was painful.
I had hair loss issues at 17 and I started taking medication at first from here and after reaching 18 I did 4 sittings of prp. I have stopped loosing hair now and I think my hair is looking healthier now. The staff here is very polite, friendly and respectful. I am happy with the progress I made.
According to me this is a patient friendly clinic. and also the staffs are really good and experienced . the price is little bit more but the treatment is effective .The doctor gave me the appropriate medications for my concern.
