This workshop is from the ancient time. Structure is barely holding its integrity. It seems like its about to collapse but barely standing. Toilet is nasty. Advisors are bad, customers are left unattended for hours. Noone comes to ask anything. All in all very very bad experience. Marutisuzuki should take strict action against them or atleast they should visit themselves and check the facts.

I wish I could give a zero star but option is not available. This service centre charges hefty amount of money in terms of labour charges and scams the customer. I would really suggest if anyone ever visit there make sure to stand by your car while servicing is being done as one cannot trust these scamsters.
Staff behaviour is not good and misbehaving with customers.They rejoice in oneself only.I think they should have staff who should ready to make clarify the customer queries not sit and talk only.It was just a bad experience and it will affect the image of service center Repo also
