Went for annual general health checkup Pros: Good staff, coordination is really great between different wings, the hospital food is also good, reports are given on the same day and consultation happens on same day too. Vasantha helped us with the coordination and she was aware and fast and made sure we know the next steps of the process. Cons: washrooms are not clean!!
The Doctors are really nice and they ensure patient feels comfortable. The nursing staff provided an excellent service and were very helpful. The hospital staff are good and took care of the patient properly. The facilities are also good and the hospital services are satisfactory.
Dr Shwetha Krishnamurthy was the one who attended to my wife medical issue and she was very clear and thorough explaining the issue and the test that needed to be carried out.The services provided by the team was excellent. Something I witnessed that was really surprising,Sparsha hospital conducted code green during health problems that are life threatening for pregnant women, this type of emergencies are conducting in reputed organisation. These are the issue to be addressed. 1) Vehicle parking issue, and every movement shall be paid, no proper guidence. 2) Night time attender plus one visitor shall be allowed to stay with patient for emergency needs.
