Had an extremely pleasant stay for a night. The service was excellent. The staff were very courteous and helpful. There was space for parking. They assisted us efficiently during an early morning check out. We did not have our meals so can't comment on it. But I would definitely visit again.
I recently stayed at Hotel Sparrow Residency for a few days and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was spotless, and the amenities were top notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Stayed in August 23 . Very neat and clean rooms, comfortable stay, clean linens ,towels etc. Room service is quick.
Buffet is hopeless, cold and tasteless with very limited choice . Food quality requires improvement.
Overall value for money.
Services were bad and photos does not justify as per their rooms.
Rooms were small as per pictures and washroom were worst.
Broken tap and flush.
Food for this restaurant were really bad.
We found hair in sandwich.

Had a stay here in the property which is an ok premises and not that much high on the pocket.
Good points
1. The staff helped me to get an upgrade to club room
2. Clean linen and rooms are spacious
3. Food wa good
4. They have parking but limited to number of visitors
5. They serve RO water in glass bottles so extra marks for this and the water served is chilled so again extra marks
Few not so good points
1. The amenities in washroom are not so good. Shampoo and body wash
2. Breakfast option was in different hotel and the food was not that great as dinner
3. Limited food options
4. Room Service is a bit delayed

All the rooms and services really excellent I really enjoy and the breakfast morning breakfast is also very good and I enjoy a lot, Mahindra Singh is also very nice person.
