Devendra explained everything in technical detail, He was polite and trustworthy. Outlate is full of equipments. I was looking for spinning cycle and found one. Products are rigid and heavy. I hope they long last. Update- There was breakdown with my cycle. I have called call center and technician came. He quickly fixed the issue and now its working fine.
