I first purchased sparnod treadmill from Amazon and had some issues where they were not able to give me a replacement but did refund the amount, so I directly approached sparnod website and they were really very helpful and gave me a good product. It's been more than a month that I have been using their treadmill and have faced no issues. Only one thing was not right was pricing as on Amazon there product was being sold with 2k discount but not on the website.

Buying a spin cycle from them have being one of the worst decision I have ever taken. I bought a cycle from them in Sept 2022 . The cycle has had issues from day one which is still going on. They have not being able to fix the issue till so far even after sending them multiple videos and emails and WhatsApp messages. Everytime they fix one thing another issue crops up after few days and this has being going on for long. I have not used this cycle even for a month confidently since i bought it. I have got tired of reminding them to fix my issues once and for all. Buying this cycle and the kind of customer service they provide has being of very poor quality is the least i can say.

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY , THEY SELL ALL CHEAP AND FAULTY ASSEMBLED STUFFS. I BOUGHT AN EXPENSIVE THREADMILL AND A FUNCTIONAL TRAINER ,HAD HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE . MY ENTIRE GYM SETUP WAS IN A MESS BECAUSE OF THERE SUB STANDARD PRODUCTS. ITS NOT EVEN 9 MONTHS AND ALREADY THE MACHINE HAS STOPPED FUNCTIONING 5 TO 6 TIMES AND EVERYTIME AFTER REPEATED FOLLOW UPS IT TAKES 30 TO 45 DAYS TIME FOR THEM TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. IN 9 MONTHS HARDLY WE WOULD HAVE USED THE THREADMILL FOR 10 TO 15 DAYS , PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE , THEY WONT REPLY TO YOUR MAIL NOR THEY WILL ANSWER YOUR CALLS. THEY ARE NOT EVEN WORTH A ONE STAR. HOPE I HAD THE OPTION OF GIVING A NEGATIVE STAR.

I don't usually do reviews but this one is worth noting and Bring awareness to other customers. At first, I was hesitant to rent from them as there were few negative reviews. However, the person asked me to visit the outlet and inspect myself. Gave the best deal without force selling anything. Experience was a breeze with drop off and pick up point. There was once where the machine stopped working, and he was quick enough to send a technician the next day and fix it immediately. Very very satisfied with overall experience and highly recommend.

Very Good experience from the moment i entered the display center. Mr. Ali was very good in explaining the products and suggesting right model, and Mr.Satish even during the off hours answered the call and gave a good competitive price. Customer care was soo awesome each moment they informed us about the progress and delivery status. Fortunately, the same Mr.Ali visited our residence for installation and gave a demo--thank you team for a great experience. Definitely would recommend for your prompt customer service.

Very bad build quality and also Very bad service, My treadmill is 15 days old and it makes lot of noise, like something is broken inside. When checked with service guys. They send me YouTube link to follow those step. I did and no luck, I took video and sent to them, Next day someone called me and gave Sr engineer number and asked me to do video call to him and he'll fix it. Where we expect someone come and check what is the issue and fix it. They just pushing it from 1 week now. I request someone take this as an escalation and fix this.

Mr. Satish and Mr. Ali are excellent person. They have explained the features of different machines in detail and helped us chose the best equipment as per our requirement. It was a smooth experience from the first interaction to installation of our machine. Mr. Ali personally visited and installed the machine. Thank You Mr. Satish and Mr. Ali for doing a good job.
