Its my 1st time to gym.. ambience is good and trainers are friendly.. I can feel the difference in my physique at just 1 month of joining define fitness. They give you a personalised diet plan and also monitor every individuals diet on daily basis, weight/ BMI every month. All these are available at a reasonable price and they also have offers. Would recommend define fitness for anyone who looking to lose weight and needs a fit toned frame.
