Nice gym with sufficient equipment for body building & maintaining fitness. The trainer was very supportive & friendly. He guide's well & suggest workouts according to our goal. They also provide diet plan for weight reduction & body building. They also offer personal training(of course with additional charges) for the needed. The fee was affordable and they have monthly plan & 3months plan.

have been to lot of gyms and i would definitely rate this one as the best ... What are the things i like in this gym 1) You will feel like you have come to your friends place for training, especially with trainers. 2) Trainers will push you for the group activities and make sure you perform. 3) Very well maintained equipment's.

Good one to choose for workouts, 1) equipment availability is a positive. 2) ppl and trainer in the gym are frindly and will let you know if you doing workout in wrong way. 3) the equipment are well maintained.
