I had an amazing experience at Sparring Gym. They offer a diverse range of martial arts and fitness options, from boxing and kickboxing to wrestling . The gym equipment is top-notch, and the separate gym area is a plus. The coaches are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming and homely atmosphere. Initially I was looking for a good place for my daughter for self defense classes, did a few research and read reviews on Google and found the reviews posted by trainees in SpaRing to be more legit and the requirements that I was looking for. Each student is given ample attentions and trainings are well taught. The gym is well equipped and the coaches here know how toggle or match the curriculum based on age group and skills the students attain. Not only my daughters coach(Ann Master, James Master & Kiran Master), all the other coaches(Sreeshankar Master, Sreeraj Master, and all the other masters) are all well equipped both knowledge wise as well as skill wise, that can be easily seen in the amount of medals and appreciations they have been getting. I am really happy to have my daughter enrolled here and any other place would have been not satisfactory. I would say, this is one of the best fitness centers here in Kochi for both adults and kids and would recommend the same to all. NB. I have enrolled my daughter for Kickboxing classes here.

My first experience with a gym and have not been disappointed! I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers. They are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It's a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure.

I used to think myself to be so capable of doing everything on my own until I got to know what it means to be trusted by others. So much strength comes from people who have confidence in who you are and what you're capable of. With not even a year being a kickboxer, I don't see myself as a champion yet, not because I don't believe in myself, but because I am always humbled by everyone at SpaRing. What you've taught me in a few months is something I will carry towards eternity. All I had to do was show up everyday and you did the rest. I consider myself really lucky to be trained by our Head Coach, Kiran Master & all the Masters who go above & beyond to help you achive your goals. The training sessions are "hard fun" and our seniors & fellow members are inspiring. I would highly recommend SpaRing

Great place to work out and to learn kick boxing. The team is awesome and will push you to your limits irrespective of ages. I have been coming here for 3 months and am happy to be a part of #SpaRing family.

For 3 months Gym package is Rs 4500 and single month it will be 3000 including admission fees of Rs 1000. If you want to learn kickboxing it will be 7500 for 3 months. Their stretching exercises are good. Friendly atmosphere.

Really glad to share my experience here. Trainers here give you the required attention in general training unlike other gym I have worked out. If you are starting out it is a great place to be because they really make sure you learn the workout.
