Very rude billing employees,they treat us like we are taking thing for free here,whoever incharge I want u to take action against this employee..she is having lot of attitude treating us like dogs.first train ur employees how to treat the customers..if no action is taken I'll take this matter to other higher authority

It is a true hyper market. You get to have a 360 degrees shopping experience for variety of goods and consumables at reasonable rate. Location is also good being situated at ground floor of RMZ Galleria Yelahanka

Very oddly arranged items. Some food items were in a beginning of the store near the stationary. Some food items were near the billing counter. Staff had no clue how to safely bag cups made of bone china. I asked them to wrap them in some paper or give me a small carton box. They were blank!! Billing is in the middle of the store so miscreants can easily bill the items and then pick up anything from the shelves on the way out. Please fire the employee responsible for deciding the shelving, and store layout. The cloth shopping bags I purchased were stinking like the sewer, so strongly that I couldn't keep them in my car and drive home. Had to spray car perfume on them on the way. Finally emptied the bags and threw them out half way home. Also had to get the car cleaned from the inside next day.

As a customer I am so happy. I received all my stuff on time

The store is selling expired milk. Told the staff, they were just casual about it. Request the management not to be penny wise pound foolish. Just to earn a few bucks more, don't sell expired items to the detrimental health of your customers. Have been your customer over 30 years, since I was posted in Africa. Please be ethical, don't fool your loyal customers, you can manage expired irems by putting these on sale before their actual expiry, like all big good stores do. A new mega supermarket for people in and around yelahanka. They stick most items ranging from provisions, clothes, grocery, fruits vegetables, fish, meat, house hold items. They can include more items from large appliances as a future scope. Overall a nice place to shop for a wide variety of needs and quality seems good too. I just started last week and the inaugural offers were good too. Hope the quality and offers continue. The crowd management can be improved with more billing counter and exit mechanisms. The cafe offers a quick bite and reasonably priced as well. You can introduce reimbursement of the parking charges for a minimum purchase which will be encouraging for the shoppers as places like more megastore offers free parking. Will edit the review based on a long term experience.For residents of and close to Yelahanka, a brand-new megamarket. They adhere the majority of commodities, including food, clothing, groceries, fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, and household goods. They have the option to expand their coverage in the future to incorporate more appliances. Overall, a pleasant location to buy for a wide range of needs, and the quality appears to be decent as well. I only started a week ago, and the initial offers were very favourable. I hope the offerings and quality never stop. More payment counters and exit mechanisms would help with crowd control. The cafe provides quick meals that are very fairly priced. You can make parking fees refundable with a minimum purchase, which will entice customers because free parking is available at sites like bigger megastore

I visited last Monday randomly and brought 3 pants from there and very much disappointed of its quality The pant lost its colour just by soaking in water even before washed The staff argued for long time to return and refund after long arguments they finally refunded but the staff were rude One of the staff told to return policy ll be ter only 24 hrs but he as forgeted to keep washing machine so tat people can be easily wash and check the product and can purchase... Who ever goes there buy carefully... Manager came in the end and refunded n supervisor also argues lot and says sry we cannot do anything just take and leave...
