My experience with Spandan Hospital was good. Baby delivery happened smoothly. Doctors are very much cooperative and visit the cabin regularly. Special thanks to all nurses and service staffs, who are available 24 hrs anytime. Deluxe cabin was clean and well maintained. Some improvements need at the ground floor Main entrance, Emergency Entrance and Waiting area. Water clogging are at Entrance. Need to be cleaned and well maintained on regular basis. Visiting hours is only in evening time, which should be extended for 2 times like Morning and Evening time. Regarding medical insurance, this hospital is not under network hospital list for my insurance provider, so cashless facility was not available for me.

Nursing and other staffs are good to be with patients. Food quality and quantity for patients are also good. Just one issue, I have faced in general ward is the cleanliness of washroom for patients. It should be more clean. Anyway, overall experience is good for me.

Everything is excellent except food quality. Food quality is very poor than others. Food quality should be good as soon as possible. Bcos it should understand patient is stay alive on medication as well as also on food. Specially in case of dengue patient. So please improve the food quality asap. Rest of medical part is really excellence. Specially thanks to all Nursing staffs, many thanks to my doctor. And house keeping staff service is also really good.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The floors are clean and properly maintained. It seems the place is low on man power though and it's quite expensive too. All in all, the overall experience has been pretty good.

I am fully satisfied with treatment and service of doctor. In my opinion nurse and other assisting staff should be little more empathetic and should more responsive to the queries of relatives of patient. Overall rating is satisfactory

My father has gone through Inguinal Hernia repair under Dr. S. P. Mahato. He is very nice and kind. He guided well and humble. Blessed to have kind hearted person. Overall experience was good and stuffs are nice .

Good experience. Well behavior. But ground floor entrances and reception look not good. Not maintain. Setting era not good. Please Update this era. New Deluxe Room is good. Thank you.

The services were up to the mark and quote satisfactory. I refer this hospital as it wouldn't charge you any extra or unnecessary charges. Acts as directed by doctors according to the need of the patient and does not dictate a doctor on how to act. The facilities are also good.
