Did not find the doctor competent enough and has an unreasonable attitude. Does not communicate about patients health status and treatment. Not available and not reachable when there is a critical situation. Lacks expertise, empathy, professionalism and humanity. Very bad experience with the doctor and the hospital. Quality of treatment is below average.

Great experience . The staff and Dr. were all very friendly and helpful. I had a great visit and the doctor khare sir has really put me at ease during my surgery even after surgery they were really helpful, I was provided all the information about surgery doctors explained everything in detail now a day's it has become rare thing the big hospital care only about money but not here .

I lost my dad because of the negligence of doctors and staff. They don't give proper treatment n care to the patients. My father was not allowed to pee in the washroom n they did not provide him diapers for 14 hours, they did not even provide him lunch as well. All the staff including the doctor were covid positive. no precautions were taken. They used to disinfect the lift n other areas only when there is an inspection by PCMC. His condition got worse because of negligence. Even healthy patients died there. And that was very normal for them. SAVE YOUR FAMILY. DON'T TAKE ANYONE TO THIS HOSPITAL.

2) it's almost 1 at night and all the nurses are screaming, shouting at each other( seems like a fight) I live in the next building from the hospital and I can hear their shouting. I wonder how the patients might be feeling right now. Complete carelessness . I'm not here to hate but honestly, I've had the worst experience. The doctors are not here because they care about people but they just want to run their business, it's 2 am as I write this, they don't care about the people living around the building, my family couldn't even sleep because of the constant screaming of nurses and loud noises of cylinders. The hospital doesn't keep the surroundings clean and patients are being handled by interns only which makes the situation even worse for the patients.

SOME MISTAKES MADE CANNOT BE RECTIFIED. My brother (age - 35 yrs) had COVID but I did not lose him to the disease. The doctors will always have a reason - that the patient is not co-operating so we have tied up his hands and as doctors it is necessary for us to treat the patient even if we have to slap them, the patient is hallucinating and we are not his friends who enjoy beating them as a joke etc. and maybe that is the truth. It would have been better that my brother would pass away spending his last hours with us, especially with his 8 year old daughter who is now left fatherless, rather than being thirsty and tied up on the hospital bed with a bunch of strangers who hardly care.

Extremely unprofessional staff. They say there are job vacancies for Rmo position and tell you to whatsapp your CV. Once they get all your information they do not revert back or pick up the phone. This is a place where people are fooled in such a way. PLZ DO NOT APPLY FOR JOB POSITION HERE. They are here to fool people and collect personal data.

Extremely bad staff. The patients get no rest because the nurses are always busy fighting and shouting at each other at midnight, how an ill person suppose to get well in this sort of surrounding?the owner needs to look into this.
