Spandan Hospital KAIZEN GROUP - Private hospital in Samroli, Chikhli - Navsari, India

Shame.. This is not hospital its business HUB. One more incident happened with my relative, Unfortunately in a hurry and I was not there and the family took patient there. It was horrible and nightmare already and one more same experience, I thought after last review and discussion they will improve but no. Patient was admitted at night in a special room but only name is special nothing else. Its congested hardly 2-3 People can stand in a room. In special room there is no net on window and and not any provision to stop mosquitoes, the person stays with patient got dangue after staying there at for one night. Also feedback lady come with paper where everything excellent was already filled/ticked, we just have to say yes even its no, She's not asking, She's ordering that... Room is good. Cleaning is good. Staff is good. Dr ia good. Everyone's behavior is good. Even relatve try to saying that there is lots of mosquitoes but who is listening ? Its just pre filled form. The next day Dr. Came for checkup and say you can get discharge but better to stay till 2nd half so that we can monitor and suggest accordingly. We said ok, no issue. From 3 PM we are following for discharge and as happened earlier, staf continuously saying wait dr is coming... As per below promised schedule. 3 PM to 3:30 3:30 to 4 4 to 4:30 4:30 to 5 5 to 5:30 5:30 to 6 Everytime we asked we got this answer. So at 6:30 PM we get to know that Doctor is bot available and we can't get discharge. Unavailable for no reason, even no one informed us regarding to this when we already asked 8-10 times. After that no one is taking responsibility or responding to what to do. Then we have to use our contact and arrange contact from 3rd party sources and got discharged process. Story is not ending here, after approval it takes 3-4 hours to get paperwork done and payment done. I don't know which type of paper work they are doing. Finally following from 3 PM we reached home at 11:30. Thank you spandan hospital for this great hospitality. The Administrator Mr. Sydney Waghela is doing big promises that we do this and this and this. Also last time I had discussion then saying we will improve and all fake promises to console and delete reviews. But this happen again.

Very worst experience of this hispital... If u have money nd u want to die... Admit in this hospital... They will take your money nd also your life... Person who is admitted in good condition with some blood vomiting after trratment he had damaged his both kidneys....

This two stars for the treatment facilities....but one of their oncologist doctors have no discipline at all...his way of talking!!!! I had very bad experience during consultation,the patient with one of major life threatening diseases which can leads to depression,mental disturbance even can lead to death.... Doctor must know that the moral support is very big thing for the patient. Have some discipline.!! If u can't motivate them then atleast u should not throw them in depression .

Myself Kishor Here My Brother (He can't Speak) was admitted before 2 months ago in Spandan Hospital and even done OT before 1 year ago By Dr.Niraj metha And am good to know the he is absolutely Fine Now. We are proud and feel safe because of having multi-speciality Hospital in Our areas which covers Navsari,Valsad,Chikhli,Vansda,Unai, Raankuva,Anaval, Bilimora, Kandolpada And many nearby Area and Small Villages. There is facilities of PM-JAY Which is much useful for poor Families In Short Hospital is Allrounder for us. Staff will coprate With patients and If any type of issue or problem we are facing there is Help desk for complain And Feedback for patient and Family too. While having treatment of my brother the Staff was so good and Helpful and good in behaviour. And Dr are very professional If anyone Could ask me I would like to Recommend Spandan Hospital

Very good. All facilities available at Spandan Hospital Dr. Niraj Mehta is one of the best surgeon. He was so calm, patience and so approachable. Mr. Jay Champaneri was always there for us at all time, very helpful, very kind and humble. We highly recommend to consult Dr. Niraj Mehta for any Laparoscopic, Gastro and General Surgery.

I would like to share my experience. Here all Doctor and staff all good in nature and well behaved. I like to thank specially Dr. Niraj Mehta who did my brothers gall bladder surgery very nicely inspite of his high sugar they brought it dramatically down with Dr. Vivek Rawal and made it happen in just 2 days. Then after surgery we were scared of infection which generally happens to sugar patient but Dr. Niraj Mehta done surgery very nicely and took care that there was no infection and within 10 days my brother was fit. When we went to visit him for first time he explained us so nicely that we though that we are in safe hands. His confidence in talk make patient 90 percent feel that he will be alright soon. My special Thanks to Dr.Niraj Mehta and Dr. Vivek Rawal and their Team Wish you all the best to continue their duty with same spirit. Hats of to such Great Doctors. Thanks.

Me & my wife got treatment in 2nd wave corona. My Endoscopy also done here. Good doctors team, well behaved staff, good facility, canteen good, cleanliness average, good icu & OT facilities, all rooms from general, semisp, sp, delux & super delux. Providing good facilities at town level. Navsari's one the best multispeciality hospital.
