Google should introduce negative star rating also for this type of places. Spandan diagnostic centre is the most unhygienic diagnostic centre ever visited. I have been to places which charge less amount but no compromise on hygiene. The bed on which ultrasound test carried out is the filthiest place. Bedsheet is not changed from ages. Majburi me Jana padta hai.

Very good service and behaviour...good staff .. good accompany...best and reliable diagnostic centre....clean and clear ....fast service as per test comparible... price list on given photo.

Please don't trust them. My wife was in labour and they refused to admit her as both of the doctors were un available. Then they referred us to Midnapour center they also mentioned doctor is not available and refused to admit.

Behavior of the staff is very bad they doesn't have any humanity

Very impolite and rude staff. Especially the two ladies doing Ultrasound are very unprofessional and inhuman. They don't even know the basics of hospitality. No proper queue is maintained and their known people get the chance to get the test done first. I will never recommend anyone to visit there ever unless you don't have any other option and be ready to bear with the things I mentioned.

The reception staff is not at all polite with u. They r very rude n often misbehave with every patient approaching the reception. They lie whenever get an opportunity. They do not follow the sequence n try to push the people they know from earlier. This diagnostic centre is the only one kharagpur for USG that is why they show this attitude problems. The Radiologist is polite and is clue full about his job. Otherwise it was a bad experience going for a USG at Spandan centre at kharagpur.

Worst staff They don't even know how to behave with customers.. they loot a lot of money with no good service. Management is unresposnsive. Much better service is recommended to visit midnapur scan centre which is 100 meters away, midnapur scan centre has got too many employees to serve the customers, reasonable price, neatness assured. This worst spandan I would not reccomend any educated guys To go as They dont even maintain hygiene neither The staff nor the facility. Facility and equipments are very old.
