I would say it's a home away from home. Hostel is located in mid of nature & a secret waterfall is just 15 minutes walking distance. Hostel is a little away from the hustle bustle of the market but still walking distance. Property is clean & have all kinds of basic facilities like wifi & hot water. Major plus point is common kitchen :) Must recommend to the Solo Backpackers who are looking for a homely touch with their stay.
This sweet spot is situated at the very top of upper Tapovan right by the edge of the forest and only a short walk up to The Secret Waterfall. The view from the hostel roof top is fantastic and perfect for your morning yoga or meditation practice! The dorm rooms are simple but clean and very cozy! The chill vibe and friendly hosts make the stay at Space House a true delight. A home away from home!
This hostel is absolutely lovely. Very intimate and relaxed. The host Tushar and Nandini are so sweet and comfortable to be around. They both are friendly and accommodating. I stayed here for 2 weeks. The location was so perfect to me as it's up the hill a bit so not noisy, and it's close to a beautiful stream that leads up to a waterfall. Thank you for hosting me!!
I stayed at Space House for about like a week and it felt like home, they've very friendly and helpful staff. It's a good deal to stay at a safe and decent place like this with affordable price. By the way, what caught my eye was the painting all over the walls.. they're creative!!
The paintings on the walls around the space is beautiful. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. Comfortable stay as well as budget friendly. This space has RO water purifier, a washing machine, refrigerator, geyser for hot water, a space to sit and chill outside, a terrace, comfortable bonker beds as well as one double bed room. Waterfall is also very near and at walkable distance. Recommended to have a vehicle to access this space easily as it comes after a certain climb away. I always enjoy being here.
I've stayed in a number of hostels, and lodgings, but the time i spent in the space house is astounding, the room was clean, smells good, felt like home. I got to meet new people here, got to know fellow travellers and their life stories were the best part. Staff members especially Tushar Bhai treated me like his own brother. They made sure that everything stays upto date and perfect, the paintings are eye candies. The terrace is so peaceful and with a great Mountain view, they even provided mattresses for sitting there. All I can say is in Rishikesh this is the perfect, cozy, pocket friendly stay anyone can seek. Thank you for giving me such an amazing experience.

I have loved each and every moment that I spent in Space House Hostel, Rishikesh ! Although I was always out in Rishikesh most of the day, my favourite part was coming back to the hostel and seeing the cheerful smiles that greeted me as I entered. This property is very economical & facilities like fridge, Washing machine & Cctv cameras. The dorms are really comfortable and the management is extremely supportive whenever an issue arises. I also met some really nice people from other parts of the world who quickly took a liking to the atmosphere of the hostel and we all were of the mutual opinion that everything is really well taken care of in the hostel and feels safe to be at this property. painting & drawings in walls of the property just amazing if feels like Space ship + Yoga retreat Really loved getting to know Nandini, Kartik & Tushar Bhai.
