Space Seven Fitness - Gym in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar - S.a.s Nagar, India

In the search of a place to workout I visited multiple gyms in Mohali but at last I ended up with Space Seven gym. When they claim it to be the biggest gym in tri-city it is indeed a big gym with good space. Everything used here is premium from gym equipment's to other infrastructure. It does have some unique features like MMA training and Ice bath etc,. You will surely experience an elegant ambiance with positive vibe here. And the best part is Staff is friendly, welcoming, and supportive from spotters to trainers. I must mention the name of Mr. Shonik (Trainer) who is Beautiful guiding in my initial days, He knows perfectly how to do his Job while enjoying it. Also Mr. Shubham(Trainer) who nicely prepared my Gym routine card and Planned my Diet. Perfect place to Lift weights, burn calories & Gain some muscles. Yes, the membership cost is little on the higher side, but it is worth it. I hope my review will help!

An amazing gym providing holistic equipments to cater all the needs. Great ambiance, decor and being strong machines provide relishing and delightful workout. A top notch quality gym. From basic to advanced, everything is covered. Highly recommended in tricity. 10/10

Very good and spacious gym . Professional trainers. Trainers provide good training and guide you during exercises. Hot shower and steam available . Lot of new and modern equipment's available.

GYM is quite spacious but the managemnet and other things are still developing and they need to be ready soon and learn to handle the crowd and not just the big big body builders... Spa area is okayish sometimes clean sometimes moderately as per footfall Steam is pretty good rest if you are dedicated and focussed its nice gym to join atleast best in tricity in terms of amenities. But maintenance is something they need to work on One instructor i would specially like to mention the name is ROHIT he is always ready to personally assist you with keen focus on improving basics and posture he has good knwoledge and is very considerate about your goals although j haven't been too regular is past months but whenever i have been regular with him I have got. Good instant results with my weight loss upto 3 4 kg within weeks He is very patient and calm and very dedicated. Selfless instructor I would definitely recommend to approach him .

In addition to the trainers, the rest of the support staff is helpful and friendly, always keeping the gym clean and welcoming. Well maintained, hygienic and spacious gym in tricity. The trainers are experienced and helped a lot in workouts. Space seven gym has world class equipments and machines. There are so many machines for each muscle workout that nobody has to wait for their turn. Love the gym and highly recommended
