Good location on the other side of Bypass, behind Bharat Benz Showroom
Good but road are hell
Good colony for living. Good quality construction and well developed township in bypass area. Wide roads and close campus society with good gentry of people. Only problem is the convence facility is not upto township. Public transport is almost at 1 km distance. If you have your own vehicle than better option to move in.
Something I've always loved about SP Villas is the closeness of everyone. Complete strangers talk to each other as if they were next-door neighbors. This close community leads to many friends and familiar faces all over. This leads to a very safe feeling community and very kind, confident young adults such as myself.
Situated in outskirt of Indore city hardly 2kms, road is not pitched . But society is good ,one can see construction going on.Good for those who have own 4 wheeler vehicles.I didnt saw public transport there ,area is near by Highway.
