Today 12/01/2023 morning the worst experience, staffs are lined up not a single person to help joyfully when brought im emergency. Once in emergency bed, they say unless payment is made no treatment. Very sad to hear even in emergency once payment us done treatment.

I like to inform you that billing staffs are rude, when I visited for a emergency nebulaisation for my child with outside hospital prescription, they need to take new OP with payment. They are not ready to take nebulaisation charge with out new OP. Why they are behaving like this? many hospitals are providing nebulaisation charge only, if doctors prescription is there....but here it's too horrible....they are saying this is the new rule

I like to give you all a very important message on the reception staff, they are very rude, they never welcome with smile faces. I think so thy are thinking they are owner of SP Hospital. They all treat younger to elder kind of same way. People should know the SOP's, Training needs to be done. Receptionist never repeat the details, in case if we ask again they answers will be kind of get lost from there. Dear admin, kindly look in to this, its humble request.
