Metropolis lab attached to this hospital is very poor in service. A pregnant lady was waiting from 5:50 Am to 6:35 Am to urine culture test. No one was on the desk to attend us. When checked with sp hospital reception, they says the person was collecting in patient samples. If that was the case they should add 1more additional resource on their lab. Otherwise they should not add Lister Metropolis 24*7. They should mention as sleeping lab. Not ourselves alone suffered. There are few other patient waiting and gets suffered

Treatment is good.Well trained nurses.Moderare tariff for middle class people.Service oriented. Particularly Insurance department incharge handling with pt very smiley and getting fast approval.Reception staffs are doing good.Well experienced Doctors. overall administration is good.

There is no genuine patient care here. The administration should rethink about the future of this hospital. The receptionists could provide support to patients/attenders in a polite manner. The nurses can have a loving word with individual patients when providing medical assistance. A genuine smile or some encouraging words can help the patients more than the medicine they provide.

Dr. Varun at SP Hospital is the epitome of unprofessionalism. He made an elderly patient feel unwelcome, rudely telling her to leave when she had questions about her health. On top of that, he couldn't be bothered to be on time for appointments, wasting valuable time chatting with colleagues. It's clear that Dr. Varun lacks basic patient care skills and manners. Avoid him at all costs.

I went here when toe leg finger started bleeding one so called doctor cut the skin unevenly Because of this I am suffering for past 2 months. She was in a hurry and messed up my leg. Very bad experience Go for good hospital

I want to give Zero rating for their timing and appointment process, they dont inform us regarding Exact timing to come for consultation, we have waited for 2hrs only for Anomaly scan, as my wife is bit dullness and still we waited long, idiotic management in timings and punctuality, Apart from that doctor Lavangi mam speaks very well for pregnant ladies, she is kind to people, only for Lavangi mam we are accepting this hospital, Bad time management during appoitment, no parking facility.

Their appointment system is totally useless. Patients are allowed as per first come first served basis. No matter what your appointment number is. World has changed drastically due to technical advancements but appointment systems in hospitals are still in stone age.

Worts service, if visiting for emergency will not get treated asap, making patient wait with no proper assistance. Not recommended this hospital incase of emergency.
