Pleasant Stay at South Southwest Inn. I recently stayed at the South Southwest Inn and had an overall enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. The hotel's amenities, including a fitness center and on-site restaurant, added to the convenience of my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions. While there's room for improvement in terms of breakfast variety, the overall value for money and the quality of service make South Southwest Inn a solid choice for a comfortable stay.
I have booked the room using cleartrip and the room photos shown are not at all near to actuals. Rooms are very small, no window, AC's condition is bad, not possible to spend a night in a small room without window, cleanliness was far away. bedsheet and pillows were also looks like not cleaned. bedsheet was having holes.
Room was clean and comfortable. There was always someone at the front desk and very helpful. Internet was PERFECT. And heat for the water was great. Breakfast is good - overall, I'm very happy I stayed here

My stay experience at Southwest hotel was terrible. As soon as I got my room I told the staff to please provide me another room as the room was very dirty and tiny. I was having suffocation there and beside my room the cleaner was playing loud music. The two receptionist were not at all welcoming, they were not serious about there job, they did not resolve my issue and were talking very unprofessionally. I checked out from the hotel in just half an hour and the receptionist were not even concerned about it they did not even ask why I am leaving so early. The hotel pics on the internet look attractive but in actual it is not at all the same.
The people were very rude The room locks were not working neatly Bathroom tap water was working if we keep tye basin water tap on A c was having major leakage of water Towels were given only one No water was provided. Water geyser not working Will not recommend it to anyone at all
Rooms are cleaned & hygiene. Staff bahavior are very helpfull and of kind nature. Before booking through reception, check out for online price at flipkart, make my trip. You will save 30-40% money. Very quiet location. Go there
Average rooms but one of cheapest stays in Dwarka, New Delhi. There were issues with wifi and air conditions for the first night of our stay. Staff's polite.
