Southern travels india - horrible experience We have happened to book Southern Travels for Kashmiir Tour from 20th May to 27th May 2023 n came all the way from Hyderabad to Delhi. The guide Ravi singh has arranged a Muneer house boat at Srinagar for night stay. The house boat n it's surrounding areas are quite untidy n the washroom, towels, linen n the carpets in the boat are smelling badly. Further,there is no water for taking bath even. We have requested the agent to change the boat but he didn't. Even, we have requested him to arrange hotel room in lieu, but he didn't. He has disconnected my call abruptly, saying that we have to stay in the same boat n bear with the circumstances, whatsoever. After our repeated calls, he came to our boat next day morning n seen that there is no water in the entire boat. We have told him that we can't come for the boat ride with no water n asked him to refund the money paid for the boat ride but he didn't. We have managed to wash our faces with limited cold water available n boarded in the boat. The pics n videos in n around the Muneer boat given to us for our night stay are enclosed herewith which are self explanatory. We were awake all along the night due to stinking smell in n around. It's highly disgusting that the Southern travels arranges such sort of the accommodation to the pilgrims.
Recently I visited Goa through southern travel package. The overall experience is very good. They picked us from the airport and dropped in a hotel which is good and they gave us a car with driver and itinerary of places as well. The driver is very friendly and experienced and he covered all places and took to restaurants that are goan authentic and affordable as well.They even dropped us back to the airport for our return.The southern travel staff are also very friendly and reachable at every time. Especially Uttam Kumar & Kalyan , they arranged everything perfectly as per our requirement. Overall it's a very good experience with southern Tarvels and wish to continue my journey with southern Tarvels in near future as well...
We booked 90 members of group went to Delhi, agra and jaipur. But there was we faced very bad experience. Hotels, food and service is very bad. No communication with tourists. Overall everything is not good.
