Worst travels I have ever seen.. they changed the driver but didn't intimate us..we missed the flight due to driver ( he don't know the routes).. we intimated sadaran travels they told me that ,that is not their responsibility... worst travels.. the staff are arrogant towards customers... this travels is not for satisfying customers... one star is also waste for this travels.. after missing flight they told that ,that is not their work to drop intime. Then why else book travels?worst and waste

Un professional staff and drivers..i opted 1 day tour to Delhi agar and mathura. Local guide arraged by southern travels cheated us in all aspects right from entry ticket purchase to drop up. They use to take us for shaby, not worthy and link up restaurant for lunch nd dinner. Beware of guide and food halts.
Careless response from the front end department. The staff are arrogant towards the customers. It seems that the southern travels is not maintaining standards at all. This is not what a customer should experience in the beginning itself!
