Southern Residency - Hotel in Sullia, Jattipalla - Dakshina Kannada, India

Large reception area. The people at the reception were nice. Stayed in a single room (Rs 1008/day). Room was clean especially the toilets. Not much service was provided as in soap or change in bedsheet. I guess we should ask for it. Purifier is available for drinking water. I guess one of the better hotels in Sullia. I am happy.

Considering the room rates : Cleanliness is good Toilets clean and nice, carry your own towel and essentials. Bed normal and comfortable, clean cover and pillow. TV was recharged but remote to TV was having issues. Room service is okay. There is a restaurant just at the ground floor which was good value for money and taste. Overall good rooms. We didn't get the ac as it was booked.

The staff was approachable, though people travelling in the night need to be prepared about the kitchen closing at early times

Room is clean but there were no bath towels, Water bottle and other basic stuff. We requested later and they brought us only towel. 3 star is only for cleanliness They even have their own veg restaurant attached to this lodge

Arrived there one midnight by searching for rooms in sullia. Found southern residency on Google and reached there. Time was 1AM and reception staff welcomes us and arranged for room with extra beds to accommodate a family. Ample parking space and Good service.

Nice place to stay in Sullia.

Spacious rooms and good infrastructure. Good service and staffs. Ample amount of car parking is present.

Attended a birthday party .Hall is good and spacious for 150 people .Dining hall is very small
