First impression: The hotel is budget friendly, neat, clean and hygienic. Pros: Budget friendly Nice hospitality Well maintained building Excellent customer service Close to south metro station Cons: Limited Parking No lift No wheel chair facility No Coffee Maker, Chair and Table No Security Staff Overall it is value for money for couples, friends and solo travellors. Final word: Value for Money (below 2000 INR)

Worst Experience!!!! Please avoid. Even though the hotel is relatively new, the staff is highly untrustworthy and food is below average. We booked 3 rooms for couples on 31st December, 2022. Upon arrival at the hotel, we figured out the rooms were given to someone else for a short period and we had to wait until night to get ourselves our rooms. The rooms and toilet were used, not properly cleaned and one room did not even had proper electricity. The manager is a very big liar and the worst person I have ever seen. He kept on lying to us saying his Boss is staying in the room, inspite of the room given to other guests for short term. He overbooked the hotel to make himself few bucks in the peak season.

The hotel looks good externally like renovated recently. Very limited parking. Upto reception area it was good. The rooms and all were renovated recently but not maintained good. Where having a suffocating smell and the sheets and were not that of that quality or clean. Very poor service and even water supply in washroom were a concern multiple times. For that budget it's very disappointing. Don't prefer or suggest this hotel to anyone.

The manager was not at all good and is money minded. He was using very bad language and constantly lying about the rooms availability. Never go to this hotel ever, even if they give it for free as the hospitality and manager are very bad.

1. Based on the price Rooms are poor 2. Service is worst. Even not serves a single drop of water. all are paid 3. Breakfast is a parcel service to room & only after 8:30 to 9:00. Boards are mentioned 8:00 am. 4. Reception handling is very poor, worst that we have ever seen. 5. Receptionist says, Keralites are always very bad & asks everything. Others states will not ask anything.

It was very nice experience to stay here.. best rooms are available in this hotel..!!

Poor service air conditioner not working properly we requested to change room .Even the new room also given with same condition at night. While paying bill the receptionist well aware the situation when I asked what discount you will give . He politely ignored cannot give discount and requested to check with his superior he ignored to check. ARROGANCE
