Pretty good option to stay for business or pleasure. Conveniently close to a lot of great eateries. The rooms are clean and well appointed, on par with large hotels. Service feels personal like a boutique hotel. Rakesh Mishra, the manager during our last two stays, as well as the restaurant and housekeeping staff are very warm and extremely helpful. Our friend also booked the hotel to meet us in kolkata, and they made it such that we had adjoining rooms! Breakfast is well made and plenty of options to order fresh. Gourang and other restaurant staff made sure we were well taken care of. Will stay again and recommend to friends.
Good place for a budget hotel. Service is good. Food is also very tasty. A suggestion- given that mosquitoes are ever present in Kolkata, please provide a mosquito repellent in the rooms.
Room is very Good, Clean, Well Maintained. I have stayed in 505. This room is highly recommended. Stafs are very humble and working for 24*7. Complementary Breakfast is awesome. Please be aware of your sugar. Don't go for brown sugar. If you have good Budget stay in this hotel. Try to Avoid Room 506. It is not good
The booking was messed up, as was the room key. The TV set up box had to be changed, but most channels are still not available, despite expansive promises. No towels in the bathroom. Will never stay here again.

Full marks for cleanliness and professional behaviour of everyone including front desk staff, housekeeping and restaurant. No company owned space for personal car parking - if they had one like a basement parking, it would have been excellent. Room size decent for the budget and location is very peaceful. Little better 'communication coordination' between front desk to restaurant and housekeeping would help guests from getting disturbed unwillingly. Won't mind staying here again if that location in Kolkata is what I'm looking to stay in. Thanks
