One of the biggest local playground in South Kolkata. People come here often for playing outdoor games like football, cricket. Senior citizens come here for morning walk, some come for exercises. The ground is divided into two segments, one for general public, and the other one is for coaching of cricket. If you're looking for a playground, or a place to sit in peace and relax a bit, you can visit this place. You'll not regret it for sure.
Nostalgia. So many memories in each & every grass of it during our school days. Football/ cricket all. But now all been taken by various clubs by providing coaching for their prospective students. Outsiders not allowed to play or use the ground anymore. Such a pity!
Big beautiful park by the side of southern avenue on lake road just opposite of Kamala Girl's School. People use to come in the morning for morning-walk for criket-foodball practice. Rest of the day also people use to come to spend sometime on their own, children use to come to play. The famous Dover Lane music conference use to happen here.

Located beside the lake in Southern Avenue the park is very big and very much a happening place for all specially morning walkers .Its located beside Kalibari the famous Maa Kaali mandir .Such a beatiful place needs to be raken care of .Daily cleaning of dry leaves and other garbage should be a must .Plants and grass can be taken care of .Actually such a beautiful place needs a little attention from the authorities and it will become an attraction for all.
