After suffering from a back pain for over 6 month. I decided to join the yoga class. This is Amazing centre! Small class size and the instructor was very attentive. Ensuring that I was properly doing each pose and that I was getting the maximum out of the class. It has given best result to my back pain.

This centre is good for beginners to start yoga, after learning from the master Guru Kiran I feel very strong physically.

I had a pleasant experience here at this Center with masters clear guidance on yoga practise. His approach is not only based on yoga steps but his verbal interaction also helps mental well being. He always accessible for queues and my short stint really helped in my overall well being especially my breathing problem due to my bronchitis issue. Upon his teachings on yoga with pranayama and regular practice of those helped me come out from severe sneezing issue. I am thankful for sir and the Center service towards yoga. Thank you.

One of the best yoga centres. I strongly recommend this centre. I learned from master Guru Kiran , my stress level reduced by his guidelines on various asanas. The exact problem of the students identified and helping them to come out of it is the best part of his class.

Yoga/Meditation is integral part of our life . Both cleanse our body physically and mentally. So it's very essential in life. As it looks simple and easy to do the basics , guided by a guru makes is more effective and corrective rather doing by watching videos or self .
