Very well managed tour. This was my first experience with Cholan (South Tourism) and I was fully impressed with their professionalism. When we landed, one representative was deputed to welcome us and when we arrived airport for departure, one representative was there to bid us goodbye. All the hotels and resorts were up to the mark and it was value for money in the true sense. Moreover the vehicle which was provided was very clean and comfortable. Above all the driver, Mr. Mahesh, who was there with us for the entire tour was very helpfull and impressive. He was more like our guide, since this was our first visit to Kerala, and he became like our family member. Thanks Cholan for the lovely arrangements and I would definitely recommend their services to everybody.
The positive initial engagement with Dharma (Sales Manager) set the tone on our experience with the company. We were greeted at the Bengaluru airport by a staff. The driver Syed Shamshera was courteous, and the Innova he drove was very well maintained. We give the company 5 star for their personalised & professional service.
Great experience with Cholan Tours ! Our driver Sumesh was awesome, super caring and we had a great time in Kerala. Not to mention that the whole Cholan Tours team is super efficient and made sure that we felt confortable throughout our tour by sending representatives several times during our trip. The tour program was designed nicely according to our desire. Car support was good and the driver was well experienced and well behaved. Hotel support was not upto the mark in some places, because it was not upto the mark as we expected and paid for.
