It has been converted to a Girls PG since 2020. The owner of this PG is a brash lady who capitalses on Girls' students vulnerability. The electric charges are exorbitant @14 per unit. And all meters are tampered. My daughter stayed there for a month for which they charged 11000.! The food served is horrible. Overall it's a hell for any student for studying there.
Luxuries rooms great experience. Very good service
This was my first time in this hotel. I've stayed in Karol bagh many a times but as per the first impression for this hotel goes it was superb. The whole management was very nice and cooperative and committed towards customer service. The amenities provided were worth appreciating. I appreciate the staff as well.
The commitment towards the customer was nice and the behavior was applicable.
Hotel location is the best for shopping, there are many good restaurant nearby and Karol Bagh metro station is around 700mtr away from hotel. But issue is with hotel cleanliness and staff. I did a prior booking still had to wait for almost 20 min.in reception, reason is they were cleaning the room. Hotels looks like very old, rooms are too big but not at all clean. There was a complimentary breakfast in my package. however when i entered the restaurant i was shocked looking at this place there are only 4 tables lack of cleanliness.
Not worth the money.
Room rent is Rs2200 for a double occupancy. Quality is too poor, probably good for a days stay if you are not too specific about luxury.
AC is 1990's with no remote control.
Basically it's an old hotel which had been recently renovated, however not in a good way. Ideal for refreshments alone but definately not for stay.
If you have are planning for honeymoon trip, delicately it's not for you.

The hotel room is nice, with good facilities. Hot water is available, very important if you are traveling in winter. Very comfortable bedding and blankets. Decent facility for a family for a couple of days. There is even an automated shoe polisher machine that I noticed - that is useful if you are going to Delhi for an interview etc. Room service was very prompt and served fresh and hot food within reasonable time after the order was placed. Good quality food that was safe and hygienic for even children who had no untoward events due to the food. The cost was reasonable given that you are in Delhi and it is room service. The reception desk was very courteous and prompt. They can arrange for Railway station and Airport pick-up and drop too if asked for in advance and the fare for Airport drop was reasonable. There was one hitch though - I had ordered a cab to go in the morning and they had said it will be arranged within 15 minutes, we just need to tell them in the morning. However, in the morning, they just asked us to take an auto/ own means. That was not so good as we had to travel in the cold winter morning with a kid and were left with no transport means for a while. (Had to take on our own in the end). The rates were reasonable and they also adjusted the check-out time rule from 12 noon to a 24 hours (may be because it was off-season) but they were very nice in doing so. There was free Wi-Fi on each floor - you only have to ask at the reception desk for the password of your floor. Useful in this age and times when we all have to keep replying to our e-mails.Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend.
It's an average hotel. Interiors are outdated n in dire need of upgradation. In my room, there was bathtub, I thought wow. But later I realised it's not working. Moreover, bucket to be placed in bathtub n then you may take bath. Sounds like awkward but real. Staff is customer friendly. Service orientation is good.
The check-in was smooth. The location is easy to find. It's a couple friendly hotel which is good if we talk about Karol Bagh where one can't find couple friendly hotels.
The staff was supportive and the rooms were cleaned.
Nice staying there... Highly recommended.
