We had shopping in the mall on Sunday where there was so crowded and we lost our gold bracelet.When we went back and informed the staff, Simon and his staff helped in recovering the item and gave back ... Thank you so much.

Good options are available some times. Mainly in peak season no staffwill respond in the shop. But we went off-peak so it is good & calm.

The selection and convenience don't quite match up to what you'd find in Patny and Abids. However, their staff is friendly and helpful. My second visit to Kompally wasn't any better though. On both occasions, the staff seemed disinterested in assisting, which was disappointing. The prices are quite steep... There's hardly any section (like kids' wear, ladies' wear, etc.) that offers reasonable prices. This seems to be a common theme throughout. In my opinion, Chennai Shopping Mall offers a better experience. I've been to both malls and noticed a significant variation in prices.
