Such a ignominy on South India mall and their staff of nizamabad. Clearly not trying to understand what a customer was trying to say. They didn't allow us into the store with my kids who had purchased cotton candy right infront of your store . The staff is behaving with cheap mentality and cheap behaviour who doesn't have brains to understand what a customer is trying to say and misbehave with customers. It was the mistake of the maintanence people to allow someone to sell food infront of the showroom. When kids see it's obvious that they will buy, my kids were crying if I leave the cotton candy which we purchased,so i had to carry along with me . I was telling them that the kid is crying if we leave it outside ,I said we'll keep it inside the bag and we'll not eat it inside the store. The staff who is dumb and illiterate is not trying hear what we were saying mis behaved like a fool and it was so awkward that thier little brain's were not knowing how to behave with customers. They should be taught minimum ethics about how to behave with customers , it's pathetic that such a reputed brand is not caring about the customers emotions and humiliating them rite at the entrance ,it's pathetic. They just didn't allow us to enter the mall, this how it is ? For whom sake you have built that mall? It's minimum basic thing to treat a customer with good ethics , it could have been treated in polite manner not with such stupidity that you stop a customer to enter for whom it was built and open . First teach them good hospitality skills ,and ask them not behave with such stupidity .

My recent visit to South India Shopping Mall turned out to be a dreadful experience, primarily due to the overbearing behavior of the salespersons present throughout the store. What should have been a delightful shopping spree turned into an uncomfortable ordeal, leaving me with a lasting negative impression of the mall. As I stepped into the mall, I was greeted with a wide range of shopping options, particularly for women's clothing, which initially seemed promising. However, my excitement soon faded away as I noticed the salespersons continuously hovering around customers, as if they were on the hunt for their next sale. This aggressive approach made me feel uncomfortable and pressured during my entire visit. In my opinion, salespersons should intervene only when customers seek their opinion or assistance. Unfortunately, the staff at South India Shopping Mall seemed to disregard this fundamental principle. Their constant presence felt intrusive and intimidating, preventing me from browsing peacefully and making informed decisions. The variety of clothing options for women was commendable, but it was overshadowed by the pushy sales tactics employed by the staff. Instead of enjoying the shopping experience, I found myself rushing through the racks, hoping to avoid the salespersons' unwelcome advances. A shopping mall should be a place where customers can explore freely and at their own pace. Regrettably, South India Shopping Mall failed to uphold this basic principle, turning what could have been a delightful shopping experience into an uncomfortable and unpleasant one. In conclusion, my visit to South India Shopping Mall was marred by the overbearing behavior of the salespersons, overshadowing the mall's impressive variety of shopping options, especially for women's clothing. I sincerely hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and trains their staff to adopt a more respectful and customer-centric approach, ensuring a more enjoyable shopping experience for everyone. Until significant improvements are made, I would hesitate to recommend this mall to fellow shoppers.

Went to buy silver manikyalu, the staff were really helpful for patiently show casing their items and recommendations were also provided which I can say is an add on. Clothing is also fine and must say that they are very patient to show and recommend too

You get clothes for all age groups here at a reasonable price. Also there is a jewellery store for people who are looking to buy jewellery. So all in all this is a one stop place for all the shopping that any person wants to do.

Good options for all people, variety of options available. Nice place for shopping in Nizamabad.

If you're looking for varity of jeans and cropped shirts and tops there are none, same skinny jeans and same designed tops in each colour! I hated going there

Too much expensive but number of dress items available.Less color options for mens wear..not worthy..
