South City Hospital - Private hospital in Silchar - Cachar, India

In this Hospital Doctors are Good, Nurses are good enough but the people who has taking care of house keeping/cleaning site,they are not following basic hygiene system which is very necessary. For example They are not putting disposal bags on Dustbin,they are not checking/cleaning the washroom on time.

Worst hospital staff behaviour, my mother was admitted there for a surgery and we faced worst arrogant and helpless behaviour from the receptionists. There is a male who bills and stuff and he harasses people with his foul use of words and arrogant behaviour . Good hospital handed over to incompetent staff. Please start scrutinising staff behaviour before the hospital faces a doom

The service is little good. But some nurse think they are deputy commissioner of the district. Here's a photo for reference. I requested several times during night that my baby is crying. I don't have enough knowledge and need their attention. But the nurse in NUC on service on 16th September 2023 was so rude and of bad behaviour. No help she did this night.

Well the consultation system there was fine if you know the system! But when patient are taken to OT A space outside ot is allocated to wait can't believe it was pathetic and Sizzling hot (Atleast they could provide some Collerr,given the no of people waiting there and the heat)! During summer

Yes the staff is rude,seemed to me money making centre,went for normal checkup,DR wrote test for 12000,Dr charges rs500 consultation fees which seems to me was on higher side compared to the cleaniness level which was pathetic.they do the ultrasonography at 1400hrs,for that either you hv to remain Hungary till 1400hrs or drink a lot of water sold by shop just outside the hospital .

Basic hygiene not maintained in Hospital cockroach are everywhere in Bathrooms.. But All Best Orthopedic Surgeon are available in Hospital.

No proper Vehicle parking facilities. There is a parking space infront & beside the hospital but only for doctors & staff, then where will the patient 's attendants park their vehicle.

I simply ask to give the provisional Registration certificate of South City but to my utter surprise, they didn't issue. RTI may be file to know under what provision they have not issued,Copy may be forwarded to.e Yours faithfully Manoj Debnath H/o Patient Lipika Debnath Dimapur
