Kozhikode beach is one of the best quality beaches in Kerala. People from other districts come here to enjoy the beauty of the beach. A variety of Kozhikode foods are also available here at a small price. Many foreign tourists come here to see the beach

You can get a good view of the sunset from here. It's less crowded than the main beach, and you can sit on the benches or the rocks and enjoy the breeze. There's a Starbucks as well.

This beach nice and awesome, This place is a perfect place to spend time with the family.

Calicut Beach is one of the busiest tourist destination in Kozhikode, always crowded in holidays and weekends. Even though separate parking facility for two wheelers and 4 wheelers is provided by the police people will not park properly and you won't get a parking space near by if it's a holiday. As I was one of the unlucky fellow who didn't get a parking space had to walk all the way back to reach the beach side. The entire area which was clean in the morning was completely ruined by the people, plastic wastes, food particles,etc were thrown here and were by the visitors even though waste bins are provided. Several seating arrangements are provided by the District Tourism promotion council. Went to the newly inaugurated K.T.D.C. cafe had a warm welcome by the regional manager who provided us with free food ( Burger and French fries) as part of inaugural function. It's a good place to spend with friends and family.

A good place to chill, relax and enjoy the sunset with a cup of sulaimani with the locals. There's not much rush like the main Calicut beach which by itself is a nice thing.
